Tell us whether branches are approaching a roof, blocking access, extending over a driveway or creating another maintenance concern. A clear objective helps us discuss what can be achieved while considering the tree and the surrounding property.
Choose the work for the tree
Pruning is planned around branch position, tree form and the clearance you need. We discuss the branches involved and the proposed extent of work during the quote. A request for a smaller tree does not automatically mean cutting every branch back by the same amount.
Work around roofs and gardens
Point out nearby roofs, fences, garden beds and neighbouring property. Controlled lowering may be needed where branches cannot fall freely. Access for the crew and equipment, and the handling of cut material, are considered before organising the job.
What to send for a quote
Send a photo of the whole tree plus a closer view of the branches of concern. Include your suburb, the clearance you need and any access limitations. We will explain the next step and confirm the scope and agreed clean-up before booking.
