Tell us which tree you want removed and why. We consider its size, condition, nearby structures and the available access before recommending a work method. A tree near a roof, fence or neighbouring property may need to be dismantled in sections rather than felled as a whole.
Access and controlled dismantling
Photos of the whole tree, its base, nearby buildings and the route from the street help us prepare for a quote. Include gate widths, steps, slopes and any obstacles. Climbing, rigging or crane assistance may be considered where access and the site require it; the method is confirmed after reviewing the job.
Timber, branches and stump options
Agree on what happens to the branches and timber before work starts. Let us know whether you want material removed, wood left on site or the stump ground separately. Stump grinding is a different task from removing the trunk and canopy.
Before booking
Tell us about any approval or consent already obtained and any conditions attached to it. We can discuss the proposed work and access, but a quote does not itself authorise tree removal. Confirm applicable requirements with the relevant authority before work proceeds.
